Target Group: To develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes to effectively manage individual and team performance to meet corporate aims and objectives

Objectives/Aim

On completion of the workshop delegates will be able to identify development needs in conjunction with staff concerned and identify a range of learning options. You will learn to explain different learning styles and their benefits and select learning options appropriate to individual learning styles.

Delegates will be able to write and agree SMART learning and performance objectives, adopt alternative leadership styles and recognise their own preferred leadership style.

Course Content

The style of the workshop is participative to draw on the experience and exiting knowledge of the group and to encourage discovery learning. We provide trainer input to impart specialist knowledge and to ensure learning points are captured.
